In the classical tradition, the dragon did not have a single heir. It had nine sons and each inherited a different fragment of its power. One took the dragon's voice, and became the cry carved onto temple bells. One took its strength for stone, and was set to bear the weight of great monuments. One took its watchfulness, and was placed to guard the roofs of palaces.
Among them is counted the 貔貅 (pixiu) — the son that inherited the dragon''s hunger.
It is the one shaped to hunt wealth and never release it: a creature with a mouth that takes fortune in, and no exit through which it can drain back out. Where the dragon commands, this son gathers and keeps. It is the bloodline you want on the hand that signs, spends, and earns divine lineage, bent to a single purpose.

守而不漏 Gold-Toned Pixiu — the dragon''s inherited hunger. Gold is the active wealth material; it draws prosperity toward the wearer and amplifies it.
02 · The Coin Band
周流不息 Sterling silver, engraved as a continuous line of ancient coins. Metal governs receptivity and wealth containment. The closed loop of coins keeps wealth in motion, turning and returning rather than lying still.
03 · The Open Band
戒環 · An adjustable open back, approximately 8mm wide. One form, made to meet any hand. Metal is the element of receptivity and decisive action; its cool weight steadies the hand that earns and spends.

Kai Guang 開光
A pixiu, uncleansed and unopened, is a beautiful object and an energetically inert one. The bloodline supplies the drive; the blessing supplies the life. Kai guang — the opening of the light is the moment this ring becomes a designed energetic instrument rather than a piece of silver.

Placement is Part of the Practice
The Receiving Hand
Traditional Pixiu placement is on the receiving hand, usually the left hand, with the beast facing outward. This allows Pixiu to hunt wealth from the world and draw it back toward you. If worn on the dominant hand, the energy becomes more action-based — supporting confidence, movement, decisions, negotiations, and business reach.
When the day feels heavy, or when the bracelet has passed near many hands, let it rest overnight in a clean space or walnut tray to settle and reset its energy.
