Refunds 

Our products are blessed and purposed for individual customers and hence we do not accept returns or refunds for items sold.

*Refunds & Returns will be made in store credit only*

Exchange Policy (Change of Mind): 
We understand that sometimes minds change and that’s okay. If you’ve had a change of heart, we offer a one-time exchange for other items, as long as your request is made within 24 hours of purchase and your order has not yet been fulfilled.

Please note, we do reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that do not meet the criteria outlined in our Return & Exchange Policy, including products returned in unsatisfactory condition.

Kindly be aware that items not eligible for return or exchange will not be sent back to the customer and will not qualify for store credit. We appreciate your understanding and support.

 

Damages and Issues:
We take great care in preparing your order, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please inspect your items upon receiving them, and if you notice anything damaged, defective, or incorrect, reach out to us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you as quickly as possible.

Your satisfaction means a lot to us, and we’ll do our best to resolve any concerns with care and attention.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including custom-made products such as personalized items or special orders. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please feel free to contact us, we’re happy to assist.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
